📋 Description
• Acompanhar a preparação de tintas, analisando homogeneização, controlando e ajustando a qualidade; • Monitorar o processo produtivo nas montadoras, controlando tonalidades, realizando ajustes e aditivação conforme necessário; • Coordenar as atividades do turno, distribuindo trabalhos e fornecendo suporte à equipe para atender às demandas do cliente; • Realizar atividades em sistema (Axalta), acompanhando especificações e analisando padrões de tinta; • Prestar suporte aos operadores de produção, orientando sobre o uso correto dos materiais; • Manter-se atualizado sobre procedimentos operacionais e de segurança, garantindo cumprimento dos padrões; • Solicitar análise de produtos com desvios, acompanhar resultados e orientar ações corretivas junto aos clientes.
🎯 Requirements
• Técnico em Química com CRQ ativo; • CNH válida; • Disponibilidade para viagens; • Experiência como Colorista (diferencial); • Conhecimento em linha automatizada (programação) (diferencial).
