📋 Description

• Create and manage digital customer communications across multiple regions (Marketing automation) • Manage multiple languages for these communications (Translations management) • Manage new and updates to the Business website and supporting digital tools • Support the Social media presence • Manage digital reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, or business field of study. • 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in Pardot (mandatory), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, or digital marketing communications • Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.). • Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement, SF Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud and Adobe Enterprise Management. • Experience in supporting social media platforms including posting, scheduling, and reporting • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and A/B testing tools. • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization is a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Flexibility in changing business needs; ability to see new options as requirements change (growth mindset) • Experience with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must speak English) • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, product marketing, and sales teams • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
