📋 Description

• Provide technical support and advice to a defined customer base • Introduce and implement new product systems and market strategies • Conduct product and system demonstrations at the training center and at customer sites • Support the preparation and delivery of, or participate in, internal and external seminars • Resolve problems and provide on-site troubleshooting for customers, as well as process product complaints • Demonstrate and install application-specific software programs • Participate in selected customer and industry association events

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a master automotive refinisher • Several years of professional experience in field service and/or automotive refinishing • Experience with automotive repair systems, paint products, and paint systems • Experience with digital color management and complaint management • Good knowledge of modern application methods and work processes • Strong communication skills for building and maintaining collaborative business relationships • High degree of initiative and team spirit • Confident presence when addressing larger customer groups • Good IT skills, particularly MS Office • Willingness to travel up to 80% and high mobility • Excellent written and spoken German
