📋 Description

• Provide technical support and advice to a defined customer base • Introduce and implement new product systems and strategies in the market • Conduct product and system demonstrations at the training center and at customer sites • Support the preparation and delivery of, and participate in, internal and external seminars • Resolve customer issues and provide on-site troubleshooting, as well as process product complaints • Demonstrate and install application-specific software programs • Participate in selected customer and industry association events

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Master Automotive Refinisher / Master Vehicle Painter • Several years of professional experience in field service or automotive refinishing • Experience with automotive repair systems and paint products/coating systems • Experience in digital color management and complaint management • Good knowledge of modern application methods and workflows • Strong communication skills to build and maintain collaborative business relationships • High level of initiative and team spirit • Confident presence, including when presenting to larger customer groups • Good computer skills, particularly MS Office • Willingness to travel up to 80% and mobility • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
