📋 Description

• Select, manage, and coordinate external service partners • Monitor service quality, SLA compliance, and suppliers’ on-time performance • Manage escalations in the event of quality, scheduling, or performance deviations • Coordinate on-site third-party providers and ensure clearly defined responsibilities • Serve as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams • Ensure clear information flow between Technical Services, Back Office, and external service providers • Prepare status reports, project documentation, and escalation materials • Plan and organize maintenance and repair activities • Assign external suppliers or technicians based on qualifications, availability, and commercial considerations • Coordinate with customers, external partners, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training • Experience in a service environment, ideally in intralogistics or conveyor technology • Strong expertise in workforce scheduling, supplier management, and order processing • Experience with ERP, ticketing, and work order systems • Proficient in MS Office • Very good command of German and English • Availability to work Monday through Friday • Based in Germany (80% of working time)
