• Drive patient growth across Axia Women’s Health care centers through strong field partnership • Lead field marketing efforts in support of both OB/GYN and Expanded Care services • Develop scalable marketing playbooks and processes • Ensure consistent execution across care centers and markets • Serve as the senior Marketing liaison to Operations, providers, and care center leadership • Assess business opportunities and care center needs to identify marketing support and growth strategies • Partner with Operations leadership to align Marketing resources and initiatives against organizational priorities • Communicate priorities, recommendations, and timelines effectively across stakeholders • Monitor performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders • Supervise Field Marketing team members and provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance management support as required
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Minimum of 7 years relevant job experience • Prior people leadership experience required • Experience supporting multi-location or distributed consumer service businesses required • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or franchise environments preferred
