📋 Description
• First point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting • Analyze and classify customer inquiries • Handle general customer inquiries via remote diagnosis • Prepare complex issues for escalation to the next support level • Use training, professional development and certification opportunities for continuous personal development
