📋 Description

• Support our customers with all questions related to the IT systems we operate • Installation, operation and maintenance of server systems, including appropriate documentation • Implement adjustments to operating systems and application software • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support) • Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, among other responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware (e.g., servers, storage, backup systems, switches, routers) • Desirable: experience in project work and working in a systems integrator / IT service provider environment • Customer-service orientation, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style • Driver's license (Class B) • Fluent German and good English skills
