📋 Description

• Support customers with questions relating to the IT systems in operation • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in 1st- and 2nd-level support • Document solutions and frequently asked questions in the ticketing system • Assist with the setup and maintenance of workstations, PCs, printers, and networks • Collaborate with colleagues from the systems and project teams • Support users with technical questions and develop solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification • Solid knowledge of IT support • Technical understanding of Windows systems, networks, and common hardware and software • Experience in project-based work and with working for an IT systems integrator is desirable • Strong service orientation • Team player • Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work • Category B driver's license • Fluent German • Good English skills • Professional experience
