📋 Description

• Design the end-to-end experience for autonomous agents across the procurement workflow • Design the human review layer, including reviewer context and approval, rejection, or correction flows • Decide with the AI Engineer where agents act autonomously and where they pause for human review • Design for trust by showing what the agent did, why it acted, and how to override it • Turn real procurement workflows into structured flows usable by agents and humans • Prototype quickly, test with real users, and iterate based on production failures • Work directly with commercial and operations teams to understand procurement end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design fundamentals and ability to structure real-world workflows • Ability to design for trust, transparency, and human oversight of automated systems • Experience with approval flows, audit trails, override controls, and confidence indicators • Experience designing AI-powered or agentic products, ideally autonomous products in production • Experience working directly with engineers from early stages to shape buildable solutions • Experience testing and iterating on live products using real usage and failures • Builder’s mindset: prototype fast, ship, observe outcomes, and adjust • Comfort with ambiguity and working in a small team • Curiosity about the end-to-end procurement process • Must already have legal right to work in the country where based • Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available
