📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for assigned strategic system integrator relationships • Understand partners’ technical capabilities, positioning, delivery responsibilities, and engagement needs • Join partner-led and Axon-led customer engagements to capture requirements and shape solutions • Translate between Axon technology, partner integration and service models, and customer environments • Support partner-led opportunities through conversations, demonstrations, trials, senior engagements, and deployment • Build partner technical enablement, reusable solution patterns, and repeatable sales plays • Act as the technical counterpart to the commercial partner lead and keep technical risk visible • Maintain direct technical relationships with end customers on partner-led accounts • Provide technical conversations, trials, deployment support, and customer continuity where specialist teams are unavailable • Report to the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Programs and Partners; no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role working with enterprise or government buyers • Trusted technical relationship experience, ideally alongside system integrators or similar partners • Experience working across the full cycle from first conversation to live use • Experience aligning requirements, solving technical issues, and managing relationships among a vendor, partner, and end customer • Ability to travel across Central and Eastern Europe and work with distributed teams in different time zones • Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages valued • Working style aligned with Axon values: Own It, Join Forces, and Aim Far • Relevant experience in Defence, Public Safety, Security, information technology, information systems, or a related technical field is helpful
