📋 Description

• As an AI Developer (m/f/d), you will take our products to the next level using Large Language Models. • Together with our team, you will design innovative features that delight customers and transform everyday email workflows. • Develop smart solutions around LangChain, LangGraph & Co. that automate email workflows and provide personalized assistance. • Build high-performance AI systems on Microsoft Azure, implement CI/CD for models, and ensure maximum availability through monitoring and optimization. • Independently evaluate new LLM frameworks, modern web stacks (Node.js, Nest.js, FastAPI) and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant, Azure AI Search) — from prototype to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in LLM projects: At least 3 years of experience developing and operating Large Language Models in an enterprise environment. • Strong programming skills: Proficient in Python and TypeScript; additionally confident working with Node.js, Nest.js or FastAPI. • Tool expertise: Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, tool-augmented generation and advanced prompt engineering. • Cloud affinity: Azure professional—you know the techniques for reliable, scalable AI deployments and continuously optimize them. • Agile team mentality: You enjoy complex challenges, share your knowledge openly and work closely according to agile principles. • Language proficiency: German skills at least at B2 level, both written and spoken.
