📋 Description

• Managing day-to-day client demands • Monitoring digital threats • Ensuring high-quality service delivery • Conducting alignment meetings • Triaging threat detection tickets • Analyzing KPIs to improve clients' health and security posture • Supporting clients with platform navigation and product inquiries • Preparing and delivering custom data reports and performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.). • Prior knowledge or entry-level experience in data analysis, customer support, or technical operations. • Previous experience in customer relationship management or customer success. • Knowledge of fundamental cybersecurity concepts. • Familiarity with search parameters like Google Dorks. • Basic understanding of APIs and entry-level programming skills.
