📋 Description

• Coordinate the preparation and launch of the Shopify store, Amazon, and TikTok Shop in additional countries • Define and track tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines for country launches • Build and manage the brand’s presence on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Douglas, ABOUT YOU, Zalando, and OTTO together with partners • Review product data, listings, pricing, and availability • Monitor revenue, profitability, conversion rates, advertising efficiency, and inventory levels • Analyze anomalies and develop concrete measures with the team and agencies • Prepare agency briefings and coordinate local marketing activities • Review results and follow up on agreed deadlines • Coordinate translations, local advertising materials, shipping, and returns with partners • Clarify country- and platform-specific requirements with specialists • Work with the warehouse team to ensure smooth, effective processes • Further develop the AYLASHES Club, referral programs, customer benefits, and club pages on Shopify • Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and logistics partners

🎯 Requirements

• Practical e-commerce experience, for example with a brand, online store, or agency • Experience taking responsibility for operational tasks or projects • Experience with Shopify • Initial hands-on experience with at least one marketplace • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to derive concrete next steps from data • Understanding of the relationship between marketing activities, conversion, and business results • Structured, reliable working style and strong prioritization skills • Willingness to proactively follow up when progress stalls • Attention to detail in data maintenance and regular checks • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Good English skills for coordinating with partners • Based in Germany • Experience with country launches or agency management is a plus
