📋 Description

• Lead an e-commerce team in the D2C space • Build and continuously maintain a testing pipeline • Launch a double-digit number of tests each month, including offers and pricing • Measurably increase the test success rate within 6 months • Increase Average Order Value through upselling and cross-selling within 6 months • Set daily team priorities and prepare decisions • Personally implement hands-on growth, CRO, and performance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or D2C, with a focus on growth, CRO, or performance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • Demonstrated success with tests and initiatives personally implemented • Strong numerical and business acumen, for example when calculating offers and evaluating test results • Ability to set clear priorities and make decisions, even under pressure • Strong sense of ownership and proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders • AI-first mindset: experience with AI agents and interest in emerging AI developments • Proficiency with Shopify Plus, GA4, and GTM • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality • Nice to have: background in growth marketing or offer building; experience with fast-growing brands
