📋 Description

• Support, administration and further development of our ERP and CRM systems with a focus on SAP • Performing SAP Basis tasks (e.g., user administration, system monitoring, transport management) • Ensuring smooth operation of connected systems and interfaces • Analyzing, optimizing and documenting business processes in the ERP/CRM environment • Actively supporting business units with process expertise and advising on mapping and optimizing business processes in IT systems • Assisting with the integration of new systems and the expansion of existing interfaces • Technical support of IT infrastructure (hardware and software) • Troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues • Supporting business units with IT-related questions

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • You have solid experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP • You possess knowledge of SAP Basis and experience administering SAP systems • You are proficient in working with interfaces (e.g., APIs, middleware, data integration) • You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients) • You have a strong understanding of business processes and their implementation in IT systems • You demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented work style, and strong teamwork skills • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
