📋 Description

• Architect, design, and actively write code for production-grade stateful multi-agent systems, custom state machines, and function-calling workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or native Python execution loops. • Lead full-cycle hands-on development, including data preparation, MCP tool integration, structured output enforcement, context-window recovery/caching, containerization, and secure cloud deployment. • Implement MLOps/LLMOps evaluation pipelines using tools such as Langfuse and Ragas for prompt regression tracking, hallucination mitigation, and human-in-the-loop gating. • Apply Responsible AI practices and guardrails to ensure system reliability and safety. • Translate business and mission requirements into technical designs and prototype and iterate with stakeholders using AI-accelerated workflows. • Identify research topics, publish insights, and advance Azumo’s AI software development services portfolio. • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts across SaaS, cloud, and big data environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying ML, NLP, or Generative AI systems in production environments • Expert-level Python and software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, async programming, API design, testing, CI/CD, Git, and containers • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, and vector databases such as Pinecone, LanceDB, and Azure AI Search • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot • Cloud deployment experience, preferably Azure or alternatively AWS, using Docker and serverless or microservice architectures • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex architectural concepts and trade-offs • Professional English proficiency (C1) • Preferred: Human-in-the-Loop workflows, automated evaluation suites, deterministic fallback logic for LLMs, research papers, open-source AI libraries, or AI engineering community participation
