📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end invoice process, including receiving, verifying, reconciling, and resolving errors or inconsistencies • Process and validate player redemptions accurately and on time • Reconcile system reports against balances and investigate discrepancies through resolution • Review account activity to detect and flag fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or anomalies • Make decisions on account resets, redemption approvals, and bonus outcomes • Investigate and respond to billing queries • Act as a point of contact across departments for payment-related questions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a payments, finance operations, or accounts payable role • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in financial data • Understanding of fraud indicators and AML red flags, including when to escalate • Ability to make independent, risk-based account-level decisions • Clear communication skills for explaining payment issues to non-finance colleagues • Experience with financial or payments platforms and ability to learn internal tooling quickly • Familiarity with iGaming or Social Casino is a plus, but not essential
