• Research and identify potential clients, building robust prospecting lists. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial sourcing and contact to applying strategies and closing deals. • Engage prospects via tailored cold calls and emails to build relationships and schedule consultations. • Maintain the company’s CRM system (Salesforce or similar) to ensure accurate lead tracking and sales forecasting. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify high-potential opportunities. • Maintain a deep understanding of the agency’s strategic communications and digital marketing services. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth. • Design and execute mass email marketing campaigns and multichannel outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • Proficient English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. • Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in crafting compelling messages and conducting effective sales calls. • A data-driven approach to tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance. • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
