📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable and reliable software components • Design and implement a new platform module enabling users to mark up documents for accessibility through a guided experience • Implement software-development best practices and coding standards • Maintain high-quality, responsive, and secure applications • Develop solutions using React, Redux (RTK), TypeScript, ASP.NET, and C# • Work with JavaScript libraries and UI frameworks such as Material UI • Work with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL • Contribute to cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and AWS • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation • Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop effective solutions • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional team members • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members when needed • Stay current with software-development trends, technologies, security standards, and industry best practices • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software systems design and development • Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux (RTK), and TypeScript • Experience with ASP.NET and C# • Experience using JavaScript libraries and UI frameworks such as Material UI • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Ability to design scalable, maintainable, reliable, and secure software solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work • Very good written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, documentation, regulations, and general business documents • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and designs clearly and effectively • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check • Must be based in LATAM or the Caribbean • Only resumes submitted in English will be considered
