• Content creation: Draft and design daily/weekly posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok using Canva or similar tools • Storytelling: Help produce caregiver spotlights and care tips content that builds community trust • Video support: Assist with filming and editing short-form reels and behind-the-scenes clips • Scheduling: Use social media management tools to plan and publish content on a consistent calendar • Community engagement: Monitor comments and messages and flag responses for the team • Research: Track trends, competitor content, and hashtag performance to bring fresh ideas • Analytics: Pull weekly platform reports and help summarize key metrics for the team
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field • Active personal presence on at least two major social media platforms • Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools • Clear, warm writing style — you can shift from professional to conversational with ease • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to pitch ideas • Comfort working with sensitive topics and respecting privacy guidelines • Bonus: Any experience with short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) • Bonus: Photography skills or a good eye for composition
