• Du baust unser Workspace‑Geschäft in der Region Berlin weiter aus • Pflege und Ausbau eines bestehenden Netzwerks sowie aktive Neukundenakquise • Projektakquise & Deal Closing – Du findest Chancen und machst sie groß • Präsentation unserer Workspace‑Lösungen bei Partnern, Architekten und Endkunden • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Teilnahme an regionalen Events & Messen • Eigenverantwortliche Planung Deiner Woche, Termine und Deiner Marktstrategie • Marktanalyse, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und aktiver Input zu Produkten & Preisen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Inside Sales, Produktmanagement & Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft (Abläufe, Entscheider, Stakeholder) • Stark ausgeprägte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit hoher Abschlussstärke und Fokus auf nachhaltigen Beziehungsaufbau • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Freude daran, „draußen“ zu sein • Führerschein Klasse B • Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen, MS Office, Teams (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
