• Active expansion of our sales activities – from new customer acquisition to development of strategic key accounts • Development and implementation of sales and trade/channel strategies • Responsibility for building, developing, and managing wholesale, specialist retailers, grocery/LEH and key accounts • Conducting pricing, terms and annual review negotiations • Planning and executing POS, sell-through and trade marketing measures • Steering sales activities based on KPIs • Close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management
• Several years of B2B sales experience (beverages, wine, spirits or FMCG) • Experience building customer relationships and sales channels • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-responsibility and strong operational execution skills • Willingness to travel • Fluent German and good English
