📋 Description

• Facilitate meaningful discussions around complex issues. • Suggest or make improvements for existing designs and architecture for quarter-bounded projects or mission-critical areas in their squad. • Explore technologies with sizable potential impact for the team. • Contribute actively to high impact chaos mitigation. • Identify and advocate for prioritization of tasks that can optimize delivery.

🎯 Requirements
