📋 Description

• As a member of the Customer Solution Services (CSS) team, you are responsible for the excellence and quality of product and solution deployments. • You design, implement, validate and maintain automation solutions for deployments. • You understand client constraints and propose technical solutions in collaboration with experts. • Co-lead the technical direction and excellence of the CSS unit. • Ensure the scalability and robustness of products and solutions. • Define and apply an update/upgrade cycle for solutions deployed at client sites.

🎯 Requirements

• You have more than 8 years' experience in a similar role or related fields. • You are comfortable with the Linux environment (RHEL, Ubuntu). • You are familiar with common services present in IT systems and the associated best practices. • You know the network protocols used in IT systems (TCP/IP, bridging, bonding, VLANs, etc.). • You have implemented security frameworks or best-practice baselines (CIS, ANSSI, ISO, etc.). • You have strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell). • You have an interest in automation and automated deployment (Ansible, Terraform) and versioning tools (Git). • You have experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Swarm, Nomad, Kubernetes). • You are able to independently deploy, adapt and administer production hardware and software while taking into account client environment constraints and requirements. • You have excellent organizational skills, autonomy and reporting abilities. • You are client-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills. • You are comfortable interacting with clients (integrators, end customers). • Professional English is required.
