• Lead a team of engineers in developing a 4 player co-op game • Assign engineers to cross-functional pods • Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture • Partner with production and studio leadership to ensure timely sprints • Advise on engineering systems and mitigate technical risks
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of game development experience • 8+ years in people management • Deep expertise in Unreal Engine 4 or 5 • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
