📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through research, outreach, and networking • Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess needs, timing, and fit • Re-engage current customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression • Partner with Regional Account Managers to align on strategy and successfully transition qualified leads • Represent the company at industry trade shows to build relationships, capture new leads, and drive timely follow-up to convert opportunities • Leverage Salesforce (or CRM tools) to document activities, manage pipeline, and maintain data integrity • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments • Report on outreach activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) • Familiarity with modern prospecting techniques (social selling, multi-channel outreach) • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
