📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for select enterprise-level, strategic, or high-visibility initiatives • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with program goals • Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholders across all organizational levels • Build relationships with executives, business leaders, and frontline employees to foster buy-in and commitment • Conduct change impact analyses and organizational readiness assessments • Create and execute targeted communication and engagement strategies • Partner with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs • Identify adoption risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies • Define success metrics, monitor adoption progress, and report outcomes to leadership • Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders on change management approach, sponsorship strategy, and leadership alignment • Advise transformation leaders on sequencing, change saturation, and adoption tradeoffs • Contribute to enterprise change management standards, methodology, playbook, tools, and templates • Coach and mentor change practitioners, project teams, and leaders • Support organizational change maturity assessments and improvement opportunities • Support the Change Management Community of Practice • Provide input to enterprise change governance and prioritization discussions • Contribute to enterprise change reporting and dashboards • Synthesize initiative-level change insights and practitioner feedback to support leadership decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree • 8+ years of experience delivering end-to-end change management for complex, enterprise-scale change initiatives • Demonstrated success in adoption and value realization • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent change management certification • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executive sponsors • Strong advisory and consulting mindset • Ability to balance enterprise standards and local context • Strong executive presence • Ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders constructively • Ability to maintain and deliver multiple concurrent change management projects • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Experience working within or alongside an enterprise change management office / center of excellence preferred • Deep expertise across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, adoption planning, and sustainment preferred • Valid work authorization in the country of employment • Employer unable to sponsor work authorization
