• Embedded recruitment support for clients based in the UK, USA, and Australia. • End-to-end management of recruitment processes • Managing and processing job applications • Assessing candidate CVs and profiles • Interviewing and screening application • Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates for niche and specialist roles • Creating, editing and posting engaging job adverts • Managing and updating the company LinkedIn page • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
• Highly computer and systems literate, confident using online tools and platforms • Detail-oriented and organised, with strong attention to accuracy • Fast learner with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly, and to manage and screen for a range of roles and requirements across them • Deadline-focused, able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively • Candidate-focused, with a genuine interest in providing a positive experience for job seekers • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or as an internal recruiter for UK based projects or companies • Experience handling end to end recruitment projects within technical environments, environmental consultancy, engineering, or project development.
