• Responsible for the transformation and integration of the global Delivery Organisation • Leading the operational transition of acquired companies • Developing a flexible hybrid resourcing model • Leading the enhancement of the 'Order to Cash' technology stack • Full accountability for regional delivery margins, cost control, and utilization targets
🎯 Requirements
• Strategic delivery leadership experience within a multi-region professional services business • Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects into Enterprise clients • Deep experience optimizing business processes across Sales, Presales, and Delivery • A track record of building and managing hybrid workforce models • Strong understanding of project financials, capacity forecasting, and P&L management
