📋 Description

• Responsible for measuring, monitoring and proposing solutions to mitigate market, liquidity and IRRBB risks to which Banco Fibra and some of its investees are exposed. • Execute internal processes, analyze financial flows and market conditions using systems, spreadsheets and software to identify potential business risks; • Use statistical models, analytical tools and indicators to quantify the company's exposure to market, liquidity and IRRBB risks; • Support the development of risk policies and the definition of operational limits to prevent material losses; • Monitor identified risks in real time, assessing whether exposures remain within defined parameters and responding to unexpected events; • Produce periodic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, such as the Central Bank and CVM, when applicable; • Support investment decisions, product structuring and resource allocation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science; • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Power BI); • Knowledge of corporate finance and financial products; • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance systems.
