📋 Description

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with leaders across multiple areas. • Design, implement and monitor the company's annual training schedule. • Create training materials, presentations, manuals and learning paths (in-person and e-learning). • Deliver behavioral training, onboarding programs and initiatives related to organizational culture. • Identify, hire, and manage external partners for specific technical training. • Organize schedules, invitations, attendance lists, venue logistics and resources required for events. • Monitor and report area metrics such as training ROI, participation rates, reaction evaluations and effectiveness. • Support the execution of Leadership Development Programs (LDP) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Administer the learning management system (LMS), ensuring content and records are kept up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy or a related field. • Experience: Solid experience in Training & Development processes or Corporate Learning. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills. • Proactive attitude, autonomy and results orientation ("sense of ownership"). • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from operations to executive leadership. • Postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Psychology is a plus. • Experience establishing T&D areas from scratch is a plus. • Experience with Employer Branding and Internal Communications programs is a plus.
