📋 Description

• Monitor the CAPEX lifecycle of development projects, ensuring consistent updates and financial controls; • Update and analyze financial and management reports, maintaining direct interaction with Development Managers and the construction management firm; • Liaise with other ALLOS departments to consolidate project information; • Monitor project financial execution by analyzing budget, forecast, and variances; • Support the preparation of executive materials and project governance routines; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the Planning and Control team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably civil); • Advanced Excel; • Experience with large-scale construction projects (preferably shopping centers); • Knowledge of financial management of construction contracts; • Plus: Experience with SAP S/4HANA; • Desirable: Experience working at a construction management company.
