📋 Description

• Perform advanced analysis of credit portfolio behavior, focusing on early identification of signs of financial deterioration; • Assess adverse entries, material risks and credit exceptions; • Monitor daily critical risk indicators, delinquency, concentration and portfolio performance; • Analyze management reports and risk diagnostics, proposing preventive and corrective actions; • Review collateral pledged in credit transactions, evaluating sufficiency, enforceability and adherence to policies; • Coordinate with the Commercial area to define risk mitigation strategies and combat delinquency; • Review credit approvals versus implementations and portfolio performance; • Recommend changes to customer status, reduction or cancellation of limits, and high-margin campaigns, where applicable; • Present analyses and recommendations to Monitoring Committees and related forums; • Handle sensitive and strategic cases, working across the bank's areas; • Act as a technical mentor for less experienced analysts, contributing to the development of the team; • Ensure adherence to internal credit and monitoring policies, regulations and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (postgraduate degree or MBA preferred); • Solid experience in financial institutions (banks or FIDC - Receivables Investment Funds); • Proven experience in monitoring credit portfolios, risk, or related areas; • Experience with corporate credit (business customers), especially medium and large companies; • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking; • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; • Experience in regulated environments and participation in Committees preferred; • Knowledge of data analysis, BI or analytical tools is desirable.
