📋 Description

• Negotiate with hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers in the tourism sector; • Analyze rates, availability, allotments, and market opportunities; • Draft, monitor, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information; • Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and support decision-making; • Conduct market research and identify opportunities to expand and optimize the product portfolio; • Participate in the planning and development of tourism products and experiences; • Oversee the use of Omnibees systems and other business tools; • Maintain strategic relationships with partners, leading negotiations and resolving partner requests; • Support continuous improvement projects by proposing solutions that promote operational efficiency and better results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Experience in tourism, hospitality, commercial negotiations, or tourism product development; • Knowledge of the hotel industry and the tourism market; • Experience in supplier negotiation and management; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on spreadsheets, reporting, and controls; • Familiarity with the Omnibees system and other tourism-sector tools; • Analytical skills, strategic vision, and strong organizational skills; • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation ability and interpersonal skills; • Proactivity, flexibility, and ease in working in a dynamic environment. • Advantage: • Experience in travel planning and demand management will be considered a plus.
