• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field • MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
