📋 Description

• Follow our routine and procedures • Learn & execute our scripts • Answer inbound and make outbound calls for booking and scheduling appointments • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2C preferred) • Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls • Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and consistency • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Own working laptop/PC and noise-cancelling headset • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets • Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable to change • Strong time management and organizational skills
