📋 Description

• Install, service, repair and maintain Baxter/Hillrom products • Diagnose and resolve equipment faults in a timely manner • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Provide technical support to customers and patients, recording all activity accurately within the service system • Complete service reports and work orders promptly and accurately • Maintain and document assigned calibration and test equipment • Act as a trusted technical resource for customers, account managers and colleagues • Support tender submissions and contracts with technical expertise • Complete required training to maintain product knowledge and technical competence • Monitor service metrics and improve customer experience and service delivery • Support customers across the Midlands, South and South West of Ireland

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification, apprenticeship, trade background or relevant hands-on experience • Strong practical fault-finding and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Good organisational skills and attention to detail • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office • Full driving licence • Experience servicing, repairing or maintaining technical equipment is desirable • Electrical, electronic or electro-mechanical knowledge is desirable • Experience in a customer-facing technical role is desirable • Knowledge of networking, connectivity or device integration would be advantageous • No previous medical device experience is required; full product training will be provided
