📋 Description

• Install Diebold Nixdorf products and services at customer locations • Perform scheduled maintenance, cleaning, and preventive service activities • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues • Diagnose and complete minor equipment repairs • Configure and test PCs, peripherals, and related systems • Replace defective components and ensure proper system functionality • Provide technical support and maintenance to customers within the assigned territory • Maintain accurate service records and documentation • Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical problems • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and service-level agreements • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships • Support the installation, upgrade, and optimization of banking and retail technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate • Strong PC literacy and proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, bending, and stooping • Flexibility to work shifts and participate in evening and weekend on-call rotations • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to manage and maintain inventory of vehicle stock, parts, and tools • Strong organizational skills and professional attitude • Ability to work effectively within a team • Valid driver's license • Ability to meet background screening and driving record requirements • Previous experience in a field service or mobile engineering role (desired)
