• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals • Lead and inspire the business development team • Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners • Oversee market research initiatives to identify potential business opportunities • Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations • Drive revenue growth through the identification of business opportunities • Analyze market data and competitor insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business development roles • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • In-depth understanding of market research methodologies and business acumen
