📋 Description

• You independently advise on, design, and lead traditional and agile IT projects for our clients • Capturing, analyzing, and managing requirements are core responsibilities • Coordination with business units and development teams • Supporting the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes • Collaborative partnership and open communication with our clients

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in designing, implementing, and leading IT projects • Technical skills and analytical thinking, as well as methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis • Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and databases • Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is an advantage • Structured, independent working style and open communication with clients and colleagues • Fluent German (at least C1)
