📋 Description
• Support for our legal advisors • Development of the formal and substantive procurement strategy (in collaboration and independently) • Defining schedules and procedures • Preparation of the necessary tender/procurement documents • Support in operational procurement from publishing the tender notice to awarding the contract via an electronic procurement portal
🎯 Requirements
• Initial experience in procurement/tender management is an advantage but not mandatory • Willingness to engage more deeply with procurement/tender management • Affinity for IT procurements and/or architectural and engineering services desirable • Confident user of MS Office and Teams • Enjoy working with people and documents • Strong attention to detail / tendency toward perfectionism
