• Drive the strategic design and optimization of HR technology platforms • Provide technical leadership across system architecture, data security, and application integration • Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience • Evaluate, analyze, design and maintain HRIS and related policies • Monitor ongoing HRIS programs for effectiveness • Identify new HR needs and recommend relevant technology solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required • 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 4 years Experience with ERP application implementation and maintenance, in all phases of the application life-cycle • 5 years Project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes • Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
