📋 Description

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable processes • Complete timely, clear, and accurate monthly reports • Follow up on aged items • Assist with the review and maintenance of AP Purchase Orders • Process month-end checklist items accurately and on time • Support year-end closing activities related to accounts payable • Provide ad hoc research and reporting for Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and regional finance teams • Assist in accounts payable audits • Perform day-to-day accounting functions • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for a designated area

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in accounting with a finance speciality preferred (or equivalent experience) • Several years of experience in general accounting • Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Excel) required • Mandatory SAP experience • Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate across departments
