• Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation • Sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability) • Business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions • Staff development, business continuance and escalation of operational issues • Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation • Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
• Prior regional or global account management experience in a travel management company or related business travel account experience • Experience in implementing and managing large market global client • Ability to travel when needed globally • Well-developed communication and presentation skills • An extensive working knowledge with travel technology, specifically including Concur • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and adept in the use of CoPilot
