📋 Description

• Research and gather data and information • Analyze data and prepare reports • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations • Support the account management team with projects and tasks • Request and validate ad hoc financial and management reports • Manage customer metrics and maintain data sources • Input data into the CRM tool and monitor compliance • Maintain CRM updates • Assist in managing surveys • Facilitate communication across all levels of the account management team • Provide MS Office support • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Working student status; compensation varies by student level: €18/hour for Bachelor's students and €19/hour for MBA students • Communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization • Proficiency with the Internet, Windows, and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Corporate Travel or Hospitality industry experience • Customer Service experience • Intermediate data analytics/reporting skills using Excel • Good command of English and German
