📋 Description

• Monitor public tenders and funding programs and identify relevant opportunities • Research funding, market, and competitive intelligence and prepare it in a decision-ready format • Maintain tender, funding, and knowledge hubs in Notion • Support bids, including the initial review of tender documents, preparation of surveys and drafts, and coordination of deadlines and action items • Provide information accurately, completely, and on time • Handle documentation and ensure high data quality in central systems • Work closely with the person responsible for bids

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics/Management, Public Management, (Business) Law, or Philosophy) • Strong research and analytical skills, combined with a structured and independent working style • Demonstrated experience applying these skills in a working student role or internship • Reliable, conscientious, self-motivated, committed, and highly quality-oriented • Critical thinker with a careful approach to reviewing your own work • Very good German skills (C1) • Good English skills (B2) • Affinity for Notion or similar tools and a basic understanding of AI tools (nice to have) • Interest in healthcare, the public sector, procurement, and funding (a plus)
