📋 Description

• Document unstructured oncological patient data from clinical hospital and physician practice systems in a proprietary software system, including capture, storage, and verification of clinical diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up data • Contribute oncology expertise and continuously expand it to ensure complete and accurate documentation in clinical projects • Provide direct feedback on new features, tools, and workflows to support the development and quality assurance of the software solutions • Support the development of written standard operating procedures to ensure correct and consistent documentation • Evaluate approaches to documenting new data elements

🎯 Requirements

• Enrollment at a medical faculty in Germany • Completion of the pre-clinical portion of medical studies • Strong interest in cancer and oncological patient data • Prior oncology-related experience, e.g., through clinical traineeships (Famulaturen), internships, or other clinical activities • Basic knowledge of histology, classification systems (TNM, etc.), and oncology therapies desirable • Prior experience with tumor documentation systems (TDS), databases, and cancer registry software ideal • Basic IT skills, preferably Mac OS, and openness to new software solutions • Strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, ability to integrate into teams, initiative, and the ability to work independently • German at native level and good English skills
