📋 Description
• Partner with the Sr. Director, BD Excellence Innovation and R&D leaders • Scale BD Excellence Innovation tools and processes globally • Engage global stakeholders to understand needs • Provide hands-on support to world wide (WW) business units • Establish and expand Certified Practitioner networks • Track adoption and performance of deployed tools
🎯 Requirements
• University bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering or a related field • Ten (10)+ years of MedTech industry experience • Eight (8)+ years proven experience in a company with continuous improvement culture • Extensive experience using Lean tools • Proven cross-functional/matrixed organizational problem-solving skills • Excellent project management skills • True passion for continuous improvement, measuring results, and problem solving
