📋 Description

• Supports the Respiratory and TB Solutions product portfolio strategy and requirements definition • Helps establish clear direction on intended use claims, workflows, customer value propositions, and performance metrics • Supports product development, launch, and lifecycle management for the Respiratory and TB Solutions assay portfolio • Monitors portfolio performance, utilization, and market feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Contributes to financial and pricing analysis for the Respiratory and TB Solutions portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required • Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred • Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products; experience in molecular diagnostics, respiratory disease, or tuberculosis is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decisions within a matrixed organization. • Demonstrated ability to build alignment, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced global business environment.
