📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of real-time, business-critical applications • Build clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and drive engineering best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using effective debugging techniques • Develop and maintain automated tests to improve code quality and coverage • Leverage AWS services such as S3, SQS, and RDS to build scalable cloud solutions • Contribute to system reliability and performance through monitoring and improvements • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth • Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience building and delivering scalable web applications • Strong proficiency in Java and solid understanding of its ecosystem • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Understanding of RESTful APIs and MVC architecture • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases • Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms • Experience with Docker and containerized environments • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field • Preferred: Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Play • Preferred: Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js • Preferred: Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies • Preferred: Experience with test automation tools such as JUnit and Selenium • Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins • Preferred: Knowledge of Maven, Gradle, or Ant • Preferred: Understanding of event-driven architectures
